  1. Admission to SCOPE PUBLIC HR. SEC. School implies on the part of pupil and the parents willingness to comply with the requirements and regulations of school.
  2. Students, whenever they come to school, must wear the uniform prescribed for the season. Those who are not dressed in uniform may be excluded from the class or even sent home.
  3. Students should arrive at the school at least 5 minutes before assembly. No one who has been late may be admitted to class without an admittance slip from the office.
  4. Students are forbidden to give their teachers individual or collective presents. Collection for any purpose requires the Principal’s sanction.
  5. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of home-work, disobedience and disrespect towards the members of the staff or bad moral influence will lead to dismissal. The pupils are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct both in and outside the school.
  6. Repeated absence without leave or absence for more than ten consecutive days renders a student liable to have his/her name struck of the rolls.
  7. Special arrangements for examinations cannot be made for pupils who, for any reason, are absent from any of the test or examinations.
  8. Absence/leave in examination will be treated as having received no marks in it.
  9. A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue studies in this school.
  10. Any student found using unfair means during an examination will be debarred from further examinations and is liable to be detained /expelled.
  11. Students are not allowed to be absent on the closing day / re-opening day, or whenever there is a school function.
  12. No student is permitted to bring any electronic gadgets like mobiles, cameras, I-pods etc to school. If found, the gadgets will be confiscated and will not be returned.
  13. Merit is the sole criterion for admission. Admission is done on the basis of evaluation and point system. The decision of the Principal will be final and binding on all.
  14. Those seeking admission to Nursery should be written the age group of between 2½ to 3½ years on April 1 of the year of admission.
  15. Those seeking admission to K.G. - I should be within the age group of between 3½ to 4½ years on April 1 of the year of admission. The age requirement for other classes will be on the basis of the above.
  16. Parents and students are also bound by the rules and regulations laid down in the 'students' Hand Book and prospectuses.
  17. 75% attendance will be necessary for promotion to the next class.
  18. Students are not allowed to bring motor cycles / scooter / mopeds etc. to school.
  19. School fees once paid will not be refunded if admission is cancelled.
  20. Damage to school property is repaired at the cost of the responsible party.
